The VICTOR 0781-5219 is a two-stage, high-capacity oxygen regulator designed for applications that demand precise and constant outlet pressure. Part of the ETS4 EDGE Series, it features a forged brass body with zinc-aluminum housing caps and a 2.7-inch fabric-reinforced neoprene diaphragm. The inlet accepts up to 3000 psig via a CGA 540 connection, and the delivery range spans 10 to 200 psig through a 9/16-inch-18 RH(M) outlet. A 0.488 Cv flow coefficient ensures uniform flow performance across varying cylinder pressures. Installed by qualified welding and gas supply technicians, this regulator suits industrial cutting, welding, and fabrication setups where reliable oxygen delivery is critical.
The 0781-5219 is suited for industrial and general fabrication, light fabrication, structural steel fabrication, and repair and maintenance applications. Its side-mounted SLAM impact-absorbing safety knob allows natural hand positioning during pressure adjustment, and the recessed, color-coded gauges with enhanced graphics support quick identification and safe operation in busy shop or field environments. The 1.5-inch UL-listed gauges provide a 4000 psig inlet range and a 400 psig outlet range for clear, at-a-glance monitoring.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install two-stage oxygen regulator compatible with CGA 540 cylinder valves, typical of high-pressure oxygen cylinders used in industrial welding and cutting systems.
Installation should be performed by a qualified gas equipment technician or welder familiar with compressed oxygen systems. Close the cylinder valve and fully release system pressure before connecting or removing the regulator. Inspect the CGA 540 inlet fitting and seat for damage or contamination prior to installation. Never use oil, grease, or thread sealant on oxygen regulator fittings, as these materials present a serious fire and explosion hazard.
