The VICTOR 0781-3635 is a heavy-duty, single-stage cylinder regulator engineered for hydrogen service. Part of the VICTOR EDGE Series 2.0 line, it delivers consistent outlet pressure in the 0 to 60 psig range. The regulator features a large 2-inch (50.8 mm) delivery gauge with a high-contrast face for fast, accurate pressure reading at the cylinder. The enclosed modular gauge design is protected by a robust metal gauge guard, and the color-coded SLAM knob absorbs impact in the event of a cylinder fall. Licensed HVAC, welding, and industrial gas technicians install this regulator in production, fabrication, and maintenance environments where reliable hydrogen pressure control is required.
The VICTOR 0781-3635 is suited for a wide range of industrial and trade applications including agricultural equipment service, automotive repair, civil construction, industrial and general fabrication, light fabrication, structural steel fabrication, and general repair and maintenance operations. Its single-stage design provides straightforward pressure reduction from cylinder pressure to working pressure, making it a practical choice for both shop and field use where hydrogen supply lines must deliver consistent, controlled flow.
Designed as a heavy-duty OEM-style single-stage cylinder regulator for hydrogen gas service in industrial, fabrication, and maintenance applications.
Installation of hydrogen regulators must be performed by qualified personnel familiar with compressed gas handling and applicable codes. Shut off the cylinder valve and verify the line is fully depressurized before connecting or removing the regulator. Inspect the inlet fitting and CGA connection for damage or contamination before attaching to the cylinder. Use only fittings and hoses rated for hydrogen service, and do not use pipe thread sealants or lubricants unless specifically approved for hydrogen gas systems.
