The VICTOR 0781-3506 is a medium-duty, two-stage oxygen gas regulator from the VTS 250 Series, designed for applications requiring consistent delivery pressure across a wide range of decreasing inlet pressures. Built around a die-forged brass body and spring housing cap, the regulator handles a maximum inlet pressure of 3000 psig and delivers oxygen in the 5 to 125 psig range. The 540 CGA inlet connection pairs with a 9/16 inches-8 RH(M) outlet connection. Two 2-inch steel gauges are included, with a 4000 psig inlet gauge range and a 200 psig outlet gauge range. Licensed HVAC and welding-supply technicians rely on this unit for precision pressure control in medium to high capacity general-purpose cutting, welding, and testing setups.
This regulator is suited for medium to high capacity general-purpose oxygen service where accurate and uniform outlet pressure is critical. Applications include industrial cutting and welding operations, laboratory gas supply, and testing environments where fluctuating inlet pressure must not affect downstream performance. The 0.082 Cv flow coefficient and precision-machined nozzle support stable flow across the delivery range. The 1.3-inch and 1.75-inch fabric-reinforced neoprene diaphragm provides long-lasting, precise regulation. The unit is pretested at the factory for quality assurance before shipment.
Designed for use with oxygen gas supply cylinders using a 540 CGA valve connection. Suited for medium to high capacity general-purpose oxygen regulator applications in industrial, welding, and laboratory environments.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with compressed gas equipment and applicable codes. Always close the cylinder valve and bleed downstream pressure before connecting or disconnecting the regulator. Inspect the CGA inlet seat and filter for debris before attaching to the cylinder. Do not use thread sealants or PTFE tape on CGA connections, as this can introduce contamination into the oxygen system.
