The VICTOR 0781-1422 is a heavy-duty, single-stage, high-pressure piston regulator designed for air and compatible gases. Built around a machined brass body with housing cap, it accepts inlet pressures up to 3000 psig and delivers regulated output from 100 to 1500 psig. The piston-type actuator uses a Delrin cap bushing for smooth, consistent adjustments across the delivery range. A cartridge-type seat assembly with a PCTFE seat provides reliable shutoff and repeatable pressure control. This regulator is installed by industrial gas technicians and testing engineers in high-pressure service applications.
The 0781-1422 is configured for pressure vessel and dead-end testing applications where stable, adjustable high-pressure delivery is required. It features a 346 CGA inlet connection with a bronze sintered filter to protect downstream components from particulate contamination. The outlet is a 1/4 inch Swagelok connection with a 1/4 inch stainless tube fitting. An external adjustable relief valve provides overpressure protection. The unit measures 6.1 inches by 7.5 inches by 8.6 inches and weighs 4.5 pounds.
