The VICTOR 0781-1410 is a heavy-duty, single-stage, high-capacity piston regulator designed for inert gas service at high pressures. It accepts inlet pressures up to 5500 psig and delivers regulated output from 50 to 750 psig, making it well suited for applications that demand precise, stable pressure control under demanding conditions. The machined brass body and housing cap provide durability, while the Delrin cap bushing on the brass piston ensures smooth delivery pressure adjustment. A PCTFE cartridge-type seat assembly and a bronze sintered inlet filter contribute to long service life and clean gas flow. Licensed gas equipment technicians and industrial maintenance professionals are the primary installers.
This regulator is built for pressure vessel testing and dead-end testing applications where inert gases must be delivered at controlled high pressures. The CGA 680 inlet connection with bronze sintered filter is configured for inert gas cylinders, and the 1/4-inch Swagelok outlet connection with stainless tube fitting integrates directly into test manifolds and high-pressure piping systems. The external adjustable relief valve provides an added layer of pressure protection during testing operations. It is sold as a single unit and is appropriate for both laboratory and industrial field use.
Designed for inert gas cylinder service using a CGA 680 inlet connection; intended for pressure vessel testing and dead-end testing systems requiring a 50 to 750 psig delivery range at inlet pressures up to 5500 psig.
Installation should be performed by a qualified gas equipment technician familiar with high-pressure inert gas systems. Always close the cylinder valve and bleed the regulator to zero pressure before connecting or disconnecting the unit. Verify that all downstream components are rated for the full delivery pressure range of up to 750 psig before pressurizing the system. Follow applicable compressed gas safety standards and local codes when installing and testing high-pressure regulators.
