The VICTOR 0781-1403 is a heavy-duty, single-stage, high-pressure piston regulator designed for air and inert gas service in demanding pressure testing applications. Built around a machined brass body with a brass housing cap, this regulator accepts inlet pressures up to 5500 psig and delivers regulated output in the 50 to 750 psig range. A PCTFE cartridge seat assembly and brass piston with Delrin cap bushing ensure consistent, smooth pressure adjustment under load. The 347 CGA inlet connection includes a bronze sintered inlet filter, and the 1/4 inch Swagelok outlet accommodates a 1/4 inch stainless tube fitting. Two 2.5 inch brass gauges display inlet and delivery pressures at a glance. This unit is intended for installation by licensed or journeyman-level gas equipment technicians.
The 0781-1403 is built for high-pressure dead-end and pressure vessel testing environments where stable, accurate delivery pressure is critical. An external adjustable relief valve provides overpressure protection suited to the F and G range models. The sintered bronze inlet filter protects the seat assembly from particulate contamination common in compressed air supply lines. This regulator is appropriate for use in industrial test benches, pressure qualification rigs, and similar stationary high-pressure setups where a 347 CGA supply connection is present.
Designed for use with compressed air and compatible gas supply systems equipped with a 347 CGA inlet connection and requiring a 1/4 inch Swagelok-style outlet. Suited for pressure vessel and dead-end testing applications operating within the stated inlet and delivery pressure ranges.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with high-pressure gas handling equipment and applicable codes. Depressurize and isolate the supply line completely before connecting or disconnecting the regulator. Inspect the 347 CGA inlet connection and outlet fitting for thread condition before installation, and verify that all connections are leak-free before applying full system pressure. Do not exceed the stated maximum inlet pressure of 5500 psig.
