The VICTOR 0781-0354 is a high-capacity carbon dioxide flowmeter regulator designed for demanding CO2 delivery applications. Part of the SR 312 Series, it provides a delivery pressure range of 0 to 100 PSIG with a maximum inlet pressure of 1500 PSIG. The machined aluminum body and housing cap are paired with a 1.75-inch fabric-reinforced neoprene diaphragm for durability under high-flow conditions. Aluminum heat sink fins on the pressure gauge prevent freeze-up and allow sustained high flow rates without noticeable pressure or flow variation. Licensed welding professionals and gas systems technicians are the primary installers of this regulator.
This regulator is engineered for core wire welding applications where consistent, high-volume CO2 delivery is critical. The 320 CGA inlet connection with a sintered filter and a 5/8-inch-18 RH(F) outlet connection suit typical industrial and fabrication shop setups. When backpressure exceeds 2 PSIG, this unit must be used in conjunction with a flow meter. It is well-suited to environments where freeze-up of standard regulators is a recurring service issue and where a stable outlet pressure under varying demand is required.
Designed for use with carbon dioxide gas supply cylinders fitted with a 320 CGA valve. Intended for core wire and other high-flow CO2 shielding gas applications requiring a 5/8-inch-18 RH(F) outlet connection. Must be paired with a flow meter when system backpressure exceeds 2 PSIG.
Installation should be performed by a qualified welding equipment technician or gas systems professional. Shut off the cylinder valve and bleed all pressure from the system before connecting or disconnecting the regulator. Inspect the CGA inlet connection and sintered filter for damage or debris before threading to the cylinder. Follow applicable compressed gas safety standards and the regulator manufacturer guidelines for proper torque and leak-testing procedures.
