The VICTOR 0780-0939 is an extra high capacity, two-stage oxygen regulator built for industrial and trade applications that demand precise, constant outlet pressure at high flow rates. It delivers up to 8,000 SCFH with a 10 to 200 psig adjustable outlet range and accepts inlet pressures up to 3,000 psig. The die-forged brass body and spring housing cap provide the structural strength required for heavy-duty cylinder service. A stainless steel diaphragm ensures accurate, long-lasting regulation, while an electroless nickel plated bronze sintered inlet filter protects internal components. Licensed gas technicians and welding professionals install this regulator on high-pressure oxygen supply systems.
This regulator is designed for applications where fluctuations in delivery pressure directly affect work quality or test results. The two-stage design maintains stable outlet pressure even as cylinder inlet pressure drops over time, making it well suited for cutting, welding, purging, and precision gas flow applications that require both high flow capacity and consistent downstream pressure. The 540 CGA inlet connection is the standard oxygen cylinder valve fitting, and the 9/16 inch-18 RH(M) outlet connection accommodates compatible oxygen service hose fittings.
Designed for use with standard high-pressure oxygen cylinders equipped with a 540 CGA valve outlet. The 9/16 inch-18 RH(M) outlet connection is compatible with standard oxygen service hose assemblies.
Installation should be performed by a qualified welding or gas supply technician familiar with high-pressure oxygen service. Always close the cylinder valve and bleed the regulator before connecting or disconnecting. Never use thread sealants, pipe dope, or lubricants on oxygen regulator fittings, as these create a serious fire and explosion hazard. Follow applicable compressed gas safety standards and any local codes governing high-pressure oxygen systems.
