The VICTOR 0780-0805 is a heavy-duty, single-stage carbon dioxide manifold regulator engineered for extra high capacity gas delivery applications. Part of the Victor SR 703 Series, it delivers a regulated output range of 10 to 200 psig through a 1 inch-11 1/2 NPS female manifold connection. The machined brass body and cartridge-type seat assembly with PCTFE seat provide reliable, repeatable performance under demanding industrial conditions. A Delrin cap bushing ensures smooth pressure adjustment, while a sintered bronze inlet filter protects internal components from particulate contamination. This regulator is installed by industrial gas technicians, welding professionals, and facilities maintenance personnel.
The 0780-0805 is designed for use in CO2 manifold distribution systems where high flow capacity and a wide delivery range are required. Typical installations include multi-station welding operations, beverage carbonation manifolds, and industrial gas distribution panels. The 1 inch-11 1/2 NPS female inlet is sized for direct manifold connection, making it suitable for central supply configurations where consistent downstream pressure across multiple outlets is critical.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install single-stage CO2 manifold regulator compatible with systems using a 1 inch-11 1/2 NPS female manifold inlet connection.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial gas technician or certified welding equipment professional. Shut off the upstream CO2 supply completely and bleed all residual pressure from the manifold before disconnecting or installing the regulator. Verify that all fittings and connection threads are clean and free of damage before making up the manifold connection. Follow applicable Compressed Gas Association guidelines and local codes governing high-pressure gas system service.
