The VICTOR 0780-0797 is a single stage, extra high capacity manifold regulator built for air, oxygen, and inert gas distribution systems. Part of the Victor SR 700 Series, this heavy-duty regulator delivers a pressure range of 5 to 125 psig and is designed to handle wide-ranging flow demands across industrial and commercial gas supply applications. The machined brass body and brass piston actuation provide durable, repeatable performance under demanding operating conditions. A cartridge-type seat assembly with a PCTFE seat and sintered bronze inlet filter support clean, consistent gas flow. Licensed HVAC technicians, industrial gas technicians, and mechanical contractors are the typical installers.
This regulator is suited for use on manifold systems supplying air, oxygen, or inert gases in industrial, medical support, or fabrication environments. The 1 inch 11-1/2 NPS female manifold connection makes it compatible with standard manifold header configurations. Its extra high capacity design supports applications where high flow rates or multiple downstream outlets are required. The external adjustable relief valve, present on F and G range models, adds a layer of pressure safety management for regulated manifold systems.
Designed for use with air, oxygen, and inert gas manifold systems requiring a 1 inch 11-1/2 NPS female manifold connection and a delivery pressure range of 5 to 125 psig.
Installation should be performed by a qualified gas systems technician or licensed mechanical contractor familiar with high-pressure manifold systems and applicable codes. Shut off and bleed down the manifold supply pressure completely before removing or installing the regulator. Verify inlet connection thread type and ensure proper thread engagement on the NPS female manifold port before pressurizing. Consult applicable NFPA, CGA, and local mechanical codes for manifold system installation requirements.
