The VICTOR 0381-1712 is the Bulldog HC1150C heavy-duty cutting torch, built for high-capacity oxy-fuel cutting operations in demanding industrial environments. At 48 inches overall length, this straight cutting torch is designed to keep operators clear of heat and slag during structural and plate cutting work. The low-profile head reduces interference in tight cutting positions, and the lightweight construction minimizes fatigue during extended use. Reverse flow check valves are installed at the inlet connections. The torch does not include built-in flashback arrestors, so separate flashback arrestors must be used in the system setup. It conforms to ISO standard EN ISO 5172.
The 0381-1712 Bulldog HC1150C is intended for industrial and general fabrication as well as structural steel fabrication. The 48-inch overall length makes it well suited for applications where the operator needs additional reach from the workpiece, such as large plate cutting, heavy structural steel work, or elevated cutting positions. It is a straight-body torch designed for professional use in shops, steel yards, and fabrication facilities where sustained cutting performance is required.
Designed as an OEM-style heavy-duty straight cutting torch for industrial oxy-fuel cutting systems. Compatible cutting tips and attachments should be verified against VICTOR specifications for the HC1150C torch body.
Installation and service of oxy-fuel cutting equipment must be performed by qualified personnel familiar with compressed gas safety and applicable codes. Always fully close and depressurize both oxygen and fuel gas supplies before connecting or disconnecting the torch. External flashback arrestors are required with this torch and must be installed at the regulator or handle inlet per safe practice guidelines. Inspect hose connections, check valves, and the torch body for leaks using an approved leak-detection solution before ignition.
