Product Description
The Victaulic CD2592NPE1 is a mechanical-T coupling designed for use in fire protection systems. It features a direct branch connection at a cut-in pipe location and includes a 1-1/2 inch grooved bolted branch outlet. This coupling is made of ductile iron with an orange enamel finish and utilizes a grade E EPDM gasket for sealing.
- Direct branch connection at any location where a hole can be cut in the pipe.
- Pressure responsive gasket seals on pipe outside diameter.
- Made from ductile iron and complies with UL, ULC standards.
Product Highlights
This coupling allows for cross-type connections using upper housings of the same style. It is available with either a grooved or female threaded outlet and is supplied painted with plated bolts.
