The VERMONT GAGE 112312150 is a Class ZZ Plus plug gage machined from tool steel for dimensional go inspection of bored, reamed, and drilled holes. It measures a nominal diameter of 12.15 mm with a tolerance of 0.005 mm (0.00508 mm), making it suitable for precision quality-control work on the shop floor or in the inspection lab. The working surface carries a 10 microfinish, which limits wear and supports consistent gage readings over repeated use. Each unit ships with a Certificate of Accuracy that includes NIST traceability, satisfying documentation requirements for ISO and AS quality systems.
