Manufactured from tool steel with a 10 micro finish, this plug gage measures 18.54 mm in diameter and carries a tolerance of 0.00508 mm (0.005 mm), placing it in the tighter ZZ Plus classification. The overall length is 2.0000 inches, making it compatible with standard handle sets used in production and quality control environments. Do not force the gage member into a hole; apply only light, consistent hand pressure in line with the bore axis. Store the gage in its protective case when not in use to preserve the lapped surface finish and dimensional integrity.
