The VERMONT GAGE 112102000 is a Class ZZ Plus cylindrical plug gage used to verify bore and hole diameters in precision machining and quality control environments. Plug gages should be handled by metrology or quality technicians familiar with ASME B89.1 practices. Clean the gage and the bore being checked with a lint-free cloth before use to remove chips, coolant, or debris that could affect the reading or damage the gage surface. Do not force the gage into a bore — apply light, consistent hand pressure only. Store the gage in its protective case when not in use to prevent surface damage and maintain calibration integrity.
