The VERMONT GAGE 111305050 is a Class ZZ Plus plug gage designed for precision dimensional inspection of small-diameter bores and holes. Measuring 0.0505 inches in diameter, this gage holds a tolerance of 0.0002 inches and features a 10 microfinish surface, making it suitable for exacting go-inspection work. The overall length is 2.0 inches. Manufactured from tool steel, it delivers the hardness and wear resistance required for repeated use in production or calibration environments. A Certificate of Accuracy with NIST traceability is included, supporting documentation requirements in quality-controlled shops. It conforms to ASME B89.1 standards for plain plug gages.
