The VERMONT GAGE 111152100 is a Class ZZ Plus plug gage machined from tool steel, designed to perform go inspection checks on bored holes, drilled openings, and other precision features. The gage measures a nominal diameter of 0.521 inches and holds a tolerance of 0.0002 inches, making it suitable for verifying tight-tolerance work in production and inspection environments. A 10 microinch surface finish on the gage member ensures consistent, repeatable contact with the workpiece. Each unit ships with a Certificate of Accuracy carrying NIST traceability, supporting quality-system documentation requirements. This plug gage is used in applications requiring verification that a hole or bore falls within an acceptable size range. The go member confirms minimum material condition, catching undersized features before assembly. Store the gage in its case when not in use to protect the finished surface and maintain calibration integrity.
