The VANCO SCAT6-3WH is a Category 6 Ethernet patch cable in a slim-profile design, offered in a 3-foot white configuration. Built for structured cabling environments, this patch cable supports high-speed data transmission up to Cat6 specifications and is suited for use in tight cable management spaces where standard-diameter cables create congestion. The slim jacket reduces bundle diameter significantly, making it easier to route through cable managers, patch panel ports, and switch bays without sacrificing performance. It is installed by network technicians, low-voltage contractors, and IT infrastructure professionals.
This cable is well suited for both commercial and residential low-voltage installations. Typical applications include patch panel to switch connections, wall plate to device runs, and short horizontal runs inside server racks, AV equipment racks, or structured wiring enclosures. The white jacket aids in color-coded cable management schemes. The 3-foot length targets high-density environments where minimal slack is preferred.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard patch cable for use with Cat6 and Cat6e compatible patch panels, network switches, and Ethernet-enabled devices.
Installation is performed by low-voltage technicians or network infrastructure professionals. Ensure all termination points are free of dust and damage before seating connectors. Avoid sharp bends or kinks along the cable run, as excessive bend radius can degrade signal performance on Cat6 cabling. Follow TIA-568 structured cabling standards for patch cord routing and labeling in commercial installations.
