The VANCO 820425 is an 8-conductor Cat6 keystone jack designed for 90-degree termination using 110-style punchdown connections. It installs into standard keystone wall plates, patch panels, and surface-mount boxes to provide a structured cabling termination point for Cat6 network runs. The blue color designation helps with port identification and cable management in multi-port installations. Low-voltage technicians and network installers use this jack when building out data outlets in residential and commercial structured wiring systems.
This keystone jack suits horizontal cabling installations where Cat6 performance is required at the outlet level. It terminates solid or stranded Cat6 cable using a 110-style punchdown tool, making it compatible with standard field-termination workflows. The 90-degree exit angle keeps cable runs tight to the wall, reducing bend radius concerns in shallow electrical boxes and recessed wall plates. It is sold as a single unit.
Designed as an OEM-style field-termination jack for use in standard keystone-format wall plates, patch panels, and surface-mount boxes supporting Cat6 structured cabling installations.
Installation should be performed by a qualified low-voltage technician following TIA-568 structured cabling standards. De-energize any PoE switch ports before handling connected cabling. Use a 110-style punchdown tool to seat conductors fully and trim excess wire flush. Maintain the Cat6 cable pair twist as close to the termination point as possible to preserve channel performance.
