The VALUE COLLECTION ZSNL1-3.7 is a non-insulated standard fork terminal designed for secure screw-and-stud electrical connections in control wiring, panel wiring, and low-voltage circuit terminations. Built from copper, it accepts wire sizes from 0.50 to 1.50 square millimeters and fits a No. 6 stud (3.70 mm). The fork width measures 0.252 inches (6.40 mm) and the overall length is 0.689 inches (17.50 mm). At 0.030 inches thick, this terminal provides a low-profile, reliable crimp connection. It is installed by electricians, panel builders, and HVAC technicians during control circuit work and wire harness assembly.
This fork terminal is well suited for residential and light commercial electrical panels, HVAC control boards, terminal strips, and equipment wiring where a permanent screw-lug connection is required. The non-insulated design allows for close terminal spacing on multi-position din rail terminal blocks and bare bus bar applications. It is commonly used wherever No. 6 machine screws serve as the lug mounting point for 26 AWG to 16 AWG equivalent wire gauges in the 0.50 to 1.50 sq mm range.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and general-use fork terminal for control wiring applications requiring a No. 6 stud non-insulated connection with wire sizes from 0.50 to 1.50 sq mm.
Installation is performed by licensed electricians or qualified HVAC technicians. De-energize the circuit and verify zero voltage with a meter before terminating any wires. Use a calibrated ratcheting crimp tool rated for the applicable wire size to ensure a gas-tight crimp. Follow NEC guidelines for terminal selection, wire sizing, and panel wiring practices.
