The VALUE COLLECTION ZRNYDL2-3.7 is a partially insulated circular ring terminal designed for crimp connections on 16 to 14 AWG copper wire. The nylon insulation sleeve is blue, indicating its 16 to 14 AWG range for quick field identification. The copper contact measures 1 inch in overall length and 0.335 inches in ring width, with a material thickness of 0.031 inches. The terminal accepts a number 6 stud, equivalent to 3.7 mm. Electricians and panel wiring technicians use this terminal when terminating control wiring, branch circuit conductors, or low-voltage leads to screw terminals and bus bars.
This ring terminal is suited for residential and light commercial electrical installations where a secure, vibration-resistant crimp termination is required. Typical applications include control panel wiring, appliance wiring harnesses, HVAC low-voltage circuits, and field-wired equipment connections. The partially insulated design provides a grip area at the wire barrel while leaving the ring open for stud mounting.
