The VALUE COLLECTION ZRNS1-3.7 is a non-insulated circular ring terminal designed for crimp connections on copper conductors ranging from 22 to 16 AWG (0.50 to 1.50 sq mm). The terminal accepts a No. 6 stud (3.70 mm) and measures 0.551 inches in overall length with a ring width of 0.217 inches and a material thickness of 0.030 inches. The copper contact construction provides reliable conductivity in low-voltage wiring applications. Electricians, HVAC technicians, and panel wiring professionals use this style of terminal when making secure, permanent wire-to-lug connections in control circuits, junction boxes, and equipment wiring harnesses.
This ring terminal is suited for residential and light commercial electrical and HVAC control wiring where a non-insulated, bare crimp lug is acceptable or required by the application. Typical use cases include terminating small-gauge conductors to grounding screws, control board studs, motor terminals, and equipment chassis ground points. The No. 6 stud size fits commonly used machine screws and binding posts found in control panels and terminal strips.
