The VALUE COLLECTION ZMSCV2X7 is a round cross-section O-ring made from Viton fluoroelastomer, designed for static and dynamic sealing applications in fluid and gas systems. With an inside diameter of 7 mm, an outside diameter of 11 mm, and a thickness of 2 mm, this O-ring delivers a precise, reliable seal across a wide range of operating conditions. Rated for temperatures from -15 degrees F to 400 degrees F, it handles high-heat environments that degrade standard nitrile or EPDM seals. The black fluoroelastomer compound provides low compression set and low gas permeability, making it well suited for both pressurized and vacuum service. Each order includes 25 O-rings.
This O-ring is used in plumbing, HVAC, industrial fluid handling, and pool equipment applications where petroleum-based fluids, fuels, oils, or high temperatures are present. It is a common choice for pump seals, valve stems, compressor fittings, and hydraulic connections that require broad chemical compatibility. The fluoroelastomer compound is compatible with petroleum products and resists degradation from a wide spectrum of chemicals, making it a practical replacement option in demanding service environments. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance professionals typically install this part.
Compatible with systems handling petroleum products and suitable for vacuum service. Designed as a general-purpose Viton O-ring replacement for sealing applications in HVAC, plumbing, pool, and fluid-handling equipment where fluoroelastomer material is specified.
O-rings of this type are installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial mechanics during pump, valve, or compressor servicing. Always depressurize and de-energize the system before removing or replacing any sealing component. Inspect the mating groove for damage or debris before seating the new O-ring. Do not use sharp tools that could nick or cut the O-ring during installation, as this will compromise the seal.
