The VALUE COLLECTION ZMSCS70210 is a round cross-section silicone O-ring designed for static and dynamic sealing applications across HVAC, plumbing, and industrial service work. It measures 0.75 inches inside diameter, 1.00 inches outside diameter, and 0.125 inches in thickness, conforming to the Dash 210 standard. The silicone compound delivers a working temperature range of -80 degrees F to 450 degrees F, making it suitable for high-heat and extreme-cold environments where standard Buna-N rings fail. Each package contains 100 rings, supporting both single-job repairs and stocking for recurring service calls.
This O-ring is appropriate for residential and light commercial applications involving dry heat, ozone exposure, and weather-related degradation. It performs well in sealing joints, valve stems, fittings, and mechanical connections where wide temperature swing is a primary concern. The silicone material offers good resistance to weathering and ozone but provides only limited oil resistance, so it is not the preferred choice for petroleum-saturated environments. Technicians working on HVAC equipment, plumbing assemblies, and general mechanical systems will find this ring useful for routine seal replacement and preventive maintenance stocking.
Designed as a standard Dash 210 replacement O-ring for use in HVAC, plumbing, and general mechanical assemblies requiring a 0.75-inch ID silicone seal with a round cross-section profile.
Install by licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, or qualified mechanical contractors depending on the application. Relieve system pressure and shut down all related equipment before removing the old ring or seating the replacement. Inspect the groove and mating surfaces for scoring or debris before installation to avoid compromised seals. Note that silicone O-rings have limited oil resistance and should not be substituted in petroleum-heavy circuits without confirming material compatibility.
