Installation Notes

Depressurize and isolate the system before removing any fitting or component that contains an O-ring. Lightly lubricate the O-ring with a compatible fluid or O-ring lubricant before seating to prevent tearing during installation. Do not store Buna-N O-rings in direct sunlight or near motors and other electrical equipment that may generate ozone, as ozone degrades nitrile compounds. O-ring replacement in refrigerant circuits must be performed by an EPA Section 608 certified technician.
