The VALUE COLLECTION ZMSCH90027 is a Dash 027 O-ring manufactured from Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (Buna-N), the most widely used elastomer in fluid sealing applications. It measures 1.313 inches inside diameter, 1.438 inches outside diameter, and 0.0625 inches in cross-section thickness with a round cross-section profile. Rated at 90 durometer (Extra Hard), this O-ring delivers strong compression set resistance along with excellent tear and abrasion resistance. The operating temperature range spans -40 degrees F to 250 degrees F. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance professionals regularly specify Buna-N O-rings for hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid system sealing tasks. Each package contains 100 pieces.
Buna-N O-rings in the Dash 027 size are widely used in residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC refrigerant line fittings, hydraulic systems, pneumatic fittings, and general industrial fluid connections where exposure to petroleum-based fluids is expected. The 90 durometer rating makes this O-ring well suited for higher-pressure applications that require a harder, more extrusion-resistant seal. This size and material combination is a common stocking item for service technicians who handle a broad range of valve, fitting, and pump seal replacements in the field.
Compatible with petroleum products, hydraulic oils, and fuels. Meets SAE and MIL-Spec standards. Not FDA approved. Designed as a standard Dash 027 O-ring replacement for any application specifying a 1.313 inches ID Buna-N O-ring at 90 durometer.
Shut off fluid supply and relieve system pressure before removing or replacing any O-ring in a pressurized circuit. Lubricate the O-ring with a compatible fluid or O-ring lubricant before seating it to prevent tearing during installation. Inspect the groove for damage, burrs, or debris before fitting the new ring. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and hydraulic system technicians should follow applicable codes and manufacturer specifications for groove dimensions and system pressure ratings.
