The VALUE COLLECTION ZMSCA80111 is an Aflas O-ring in Dash 111 size, designed for static and dynamic sealing applications where chemical resistance and wide temperature range are required. With a 0.438 inch inside diameter, 0.625 inch outside diameter, and 0.094 inch cross section thickness, this round-profile ring delivers a reliable seal in demanding fluid and gas environments. Aflas material provides moderate resistance to petroleum products along with good ozone and weather resistance, making it well suited for refrigeration, hydraulic, and chemical service. The 80 durometer hardness rating indicates a firm, hard compound that maintains dimensional stability under compression. Working temperature range spans 25 to 450 degrees F.
This O-ring is used in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and industrial fluid systems where sealing performance against aggressive media is critical. Typical applications include compressor fittings, valve stems, pump housings, and line connections exposed to refrigerants such as Freon-series fluids, hydraulic oils, brake fluids, fuels, acetic acid, animal oils, and base solutions. It is sized to Dash 111 per standard O-ring sizing conventions and is sold in packages of 15 pieces. Installation is performed by licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial mechanics as part of routine service or component replacement.
Compatible with systems and components exposed to acetic acid, animal oils, bases, brake fluids, fuels, and hydraulic oil. Designed for standard Dash 111 O-ring glands per industry sizing conventions.
O-rings should be installed by qualified technicians following applicable system lockout and depressurization procedures before any seal replacement. Inspect the gland seat for scoring or debris prior to installation and lubricate the O-ring with a compatible fluid or grease appropriate for the service medium. Do not overstretch the ring during installation. Follow applicable refrigeration, plumbing, or hydraulic system codes for your jurisdiction when working on pressurized circuits.
