The VALUE COLLECTION ZBD9994-10 is a Dash 335 O-ring manufactured from Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) with a round cross section. It measures 2.75 inches inside diameter, 3.13 inches outside diameter, and 0.1875 inches thick. With a Shore A hardness rating of 70, it provides firm sealing force suitable for hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid system applications. NBR compound delivers reliable resistance to petroleum-based fluids, oils, and fuels across a working temperature range of -40 degrees F to 275 degrees F. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance professionals use this O-ring as a static or dynamic face seal in pipe fittings, valve bodies, pumps, and fluid handling assemblies.
This O-ring is suited for residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC refrigerant-side components, hydraulic systems, and general industrial fluid handling where NBR compound is compatible with the process media. The Dash 335 designation is a standard AS568 size, making it a direct dimensional match for any fitting, bore, or gland machined to the Dash 335 standard. It is sold individually per package with a minimum order quantity of 10 units.
Designed as a standard Dash 335 O-ring replacement for any static or dynamic sealing application with a gland dimensioned to the AS568 Dash 335 standard in plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic, or general industrial assemblies where NBR compound is appropriate for the fluid media.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified maintenance professional. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before disassembling any fitting or valve body. Inspect the gland surface for scratches or corrosion that could compromise the seal, and apply a compatible lubricant to the O-ring before seating it. Verify the process fluid and temperature conditions are within the NBR compound rating before returning the system to service.
