The VALUE COLLECTION ZBD9500-119 is a Dash 119 O-ring manufactured from Viton fluoroelastic compound, sized at 15/16 inches inside diameter and 1-1/8 inches outside diameter with a 3/32-inch cross-section thickness. Viton material provides strong resistance to heat, fuel, oil, and chemical exposure, making this O-ring a reliable sealing element in demanding service environments. With a Shore A hardness rating of 75 and a round cross-section profile, it seats consistently in standard grooves sized for Dash 119 O-rings. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and mechanical service professionals install this type of seal across a wide range of fluid and gas handling assemblies.
This O-ring is suited for static and dynamic sealing applications in residential and commercial systems where high-temperature or chemical-resistant sealing is required. Its rated temperature range of -15 degrees F to 400 degrees F allows use in hot-side plumbing connections, refrigerant system fittings, fuel handling components, and hydraulic assemblies. The Viton compound resists degradation from petroleum-based fluids, making it appropriate for fuel gas service connections and oil-wetted mechanical joints where standard nitrile O-rings fail prematurely.
Designed for use in any application requiring a Dash 119 O-ring with a Viton compound, including fluid handling, refrigerant fittings, fuel connections, and hydraulic or pneumatic assemblies that require chemical and heat resistance.
De-energize electrical systems and shut off fluid or gas supply before replacing O-rings in any pressurized assembly. Inspect the mating groove for nicks, corrosion, or debris before seating the new O-ring. Lightly lubricate the O-ring with a compatible fluid or O-ring lubricant prior to installation to prevent tearing during assembly. Ensure the correct Dash size is confirmed before installation to achieve proper compression and sealing force.
