The VALUE COLLECTION TXMN075 is a full port manual ball valve designed for 3/4 inch pipe in plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. The valve features a brass body and brass trim with a lever handle for quick quarter-turn shutoff. A polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) seat and seal provide durable, low-friction performance across a wide range of service conditions. The lead-free construction meets current potable water compliance requirements. End connections are male NPT on one side and female NPT on the other, conforming to ANSI B1.20.1 thread standards. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and HVAC technicians are the typical installers for this type of valve.
This ball valve suits residential and light commercial installations where a reliable inline shutoff is needed on 3/4 inch pipe runs. Common applications include domestic water supply lines, heating and cooling distribution piping, gas lines within listed pressure and service ratings, and general fluid control in mechanical rooms. The full port design minimizes pressure drop through the valve, which is an advantage in flow-critical systems. The lever handle provides a clear visual indication of open or closed position.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation ball valve for 3/4 inch NPT pipe systems in residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, and gas distribution applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or pipefitter in accordance with applicable local codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC) or International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC) where relevant. Shut off the water or gas supply and depressurize the line before installing or removing any valve. Apply thread sealant or tape to male threads per local code requirements. Confirm the valve service rating is appropriate for the intended fluid, pressure, and temperature before placing the system back in service.
