The VALUE COLLECTION TEV80116 is a Dash 116 O-ring constructed with a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) FEP encapsulation over a Viton or silicone elastomer core. It measures 0.75 inches inside diameter, 0.938 inches outside diameter, and 0.094 inches thick with a round cross section. The seamless, uniform Teflon FEP encapsulation completely encloses the core material, combining the chemical and temperature resistance of solid PTFE with the elasticity and recovery properties of an elastomeric O-ring. Hardness is rated at 80 Shore A. This seal is installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial pipefitters in applications requiring elevated chemical or thermal resistance.

This O-ring suits applications where standard elastomeric seals fall short due to aggressive chemical exposure or wide temperature swings.
