The VALUE COLLECTION SVL5-4 is a partially insulated, crimp-style fork terminal designed for reliable electrical connections in panel wiring, control circuits, and general electrical assembly work. The terminal features a yellow vinyl insulation sleeve and accommodates wire sizes from 4.0 to 6.0 square millimeters. It is rated for 600 volts and uses a copper contact body with a TiN (titanium nitride) plating for corrosion resistance. The fork-style tongue fits an 8 stud (4.30 mm) and provides a stable, vibration-resistant connection point. Each package contains 25 terminals.

This terminal is suited for residential and light commercial electrical work, industrial control panel assembly, and equipment wiring where a removable ring or fork connection to a stud or screw terminal is required. The partial insulation design allows the installer to inspect the conductor-to-barrel crimp joint while retaining insulation coverage on the wire entry end. Installation Notes

Use a ratcheting crimp tool sized for the wire gauge and terminal barrel to ensure a gas-tight crimp — an undersized or hand-squeeze crimp is not acceptable for listed installations. Inspect the barrel-to-conductor joint before inserting the fork onto the stud.
