The VALUE COLLECTION STC1606 is a cobalt T-slot cutter designed for milling T-slots in machine tables, fixtures, and workholding components. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, it delivers heat and wear resistance suited to interrupted cuts and harder workpiece materials. The cutter measures 2 inches in diameter with a 3/8 inch cutting width, a 1 inch shank diameter, and a 20mm neck diameter. With 10 staggered teeth and an overall length of 5-11/16 inches, it is sized for standard vertical milling machines and machining centers. Machinists and tool-and-die makers use this cutter when cutting T-slots for standard bolt sizes in ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
The STC1606 is appropriate for T-slot milling operations in job shops, maintenance facilities, and production environments. It fits applications where a 2 inch cutter diameter and 3/8 inch slot width match the required T-slot profile.
