It features a 60-degree included angle with a 30-degree centerline angle and operates with zero flutes, making it well suited for deburring and countersinking operations where a clean, smooth finish is the goal. The bright, uncoated finish indicates no additional surface treatment, keeping the tool at its base HSS hardness. With a straight-cylindrical shank diameter of 0.25 inches, it mounts directly into standard drill chucks or collet holders without adapters in most setups.

This countersink is intended for bench-top drill press and hand-drill use in light to medium fabrication shops, machine shops, and maintenance environments. Typical applications include preparing drilled holes to accept flat-head fasteners and removing sharp burrs left by twist drills.
