The VALUE COLLECTION SC50100D0 is a single-flute, 100-degree included angle countersink designed for countersinking and deburring operations in metal and general-purpose fabrication work. Machined from high-speed steel (HSS) with a bright, uncoated finish, this tool features a straight-cylindrical shank measuring 0.25 inches in diameter and covers a cutting diameter range of 0.0625 inches minimum to 0.234 inches maximum. The double-end geometry extends tool life by providing two usable cutting ends. It is installed by machinists and tool-and-die professionals using standard drill presses, CNC machines, or hand-held power tools.

This countersink is suited for light deburring and countersinking tasks on sheet metal, soft steel, aluminum, and similar materials in job shop, production, and maintenance environments.
