The VALUE COLLECTION SC2190132 is a single-end cobalt steel countersink designed for creating clean, accurately angled seat profiles in metal and other hard materials. Built with a 90-degree included angle and a 45-degree centerline angle, it produces the precise chamfer geometry required for flat-head fastener seating in fabrication, machining, and maintenance applications. The 6-flute configuration distributes cutting load evenly, reducing chatter and improving surface finish on each pass. With a straight-cylindrical 3/4-inch shank, it mounts securely in standard drill presses, CNC machines, and hand-held drilling equipment. Machinists, tool-and-die technicians, and maintenance professionals install this tool in production and repair operations requiring consistent countersink depth and angle.
This countersink is suited for countersinking operations in metal fabrication shops, maintenance facilities, and manufacturing environments where flat-head screw or bolt seating is required. The bright, uncoated finish means it is ready for use directly out of the package with standard cutting fluids appropriate to the workpiece material. It does not include a pilot and is designed for use without one, giving the operator flexibility to locate the countersink manually or with a guide fixture. Right-hand cut orientation is compatible with standard spindle rotation on conventional drilling equipment.
Designed as an OEM-style single-end countersink for use in standard drill presses, CNC machining centers, and hand drilling equipment accepting a 3/4-inch straight-cylindrical shank.
This tool is installed by machinists or maintenance technicians in drilling equipment with a compatible chuck or collet sized for a 3/4-inch shank. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and power is isolated before changing tooling. Select an appropriate cutting speed and apply cutting fluid suited to the workpiece material to maximize tool life. Secure the workpiece firmly before engaging the countersink to prevent movement that could compromise hole geometry.
