The VALUE COLLECTION SC2190024 is a single-end cobalt steel countersink designed for creating clean, properly sized countersink holes in metal and other hard materials. With a 3/8-inch head diameter, a 90-degree included angle, and 6 flutes, this tool delivers smooth cutting action and reduces chatter compared to lower-flute-count alternatives. The straight cylindrical 1/4-inch shank fits standard drill chucks and quick-change holders. It features a bright, uncoated finish and a right-hand cutting direction. Machinists, tool-and-die workers, and general fabricators use this countersink for deburring and preparing fastener seats in production and maintenance environments.

This countersink is suited for countersinking operations on ferrous metals, stainless steel, and other hard materials where cobalt steel outperforms standard high-speed steel.
