The VALUE COLLECTION SC10100100 is a single-flute countersink designed for creating conical seat recesses in metal and other materials. Built from high-speed steel with a bright uncoated finish, it features a 100-degree included angle and a 1-inch head diameter. The straight-cylindrical shank measures 0.5 inches in diameter for secure chuck retention. Machinists, toolroom technicians, and fabricators use this countersink in drill presses, milling machines, and CNC machining centers for deburring, chamfering, and countersinking fastener seats.

This countersink is suited for general-purpose countersinking operations in job shops, manufacturing facilities, and maintenance environments.
