The VALUE COLLECTION S95H45N is a one-way manual ball valve designed for shut-off and flow control in plumbing, HVAC, and industrial piping systems. Built with a brass body and brass trim, this full-port valve accepts 1-1/2 inch FNPT connections on both ends, allowing straight-through flow with minimal pressure drop. A locking lever handle provides positive on/off control and helps prevent accidental actuation in demanding service environments. The polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) seat material offers reliable sealing across a broad range of fluid temperatures and chemical exposures. At 2.544 pounds, the valve is compact and easy to handle during installation. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters are the primary installers of this type of valve.
This full-port ball valve is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing, hydronic heating and cooling systems, and general-purpose water or fluid lines where a positive shut-off is required. The FNPT x FNPT end connections make it compatible with threaded pipe installations using standard NPT fittings. The nickel finish coating adds corrosion resistance for installations in damp or exposed mechanical areas. The locking lever is particularly useful in commercial or multi-tenant settings where valve position security is important.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation ball valve for 1-1/2 inch threaded pipe systems in residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC applications.
Installation of this valve should be performed by a licensed plumber or pipefitter in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off system pressure and drain the line before removing any existing valve or fitting. Use appropriate pipe thread sealant or PTFE tape on all NPT connections and tighten to the fitting manufacturer's recommended engagement depth. Do not over-tighten threaded connections, as this can crack brass fittings.
