The VALUE COLLECTION RVY5-6-50PK is a partially insulated circular ring terminal designed for crimp-style wire termination in electrical wiring applications. Compatible with 12 to 10 AWG conductors (4.00 to 6.00 sq mm), this terminal features a copper contact and a yellow vinyl insulation sleeve that provides partial coverage for quick visual identification during installation. The 1/4-inch stud size accommodates standard fastener hardware. At 1.161 inches overall length and 0.472 inches ring width, it fits compact terminal blocks and lug-style connections. This pack contains 50 terminals, making it practical for service vans, panel work, and multi-connection jobs.
These ring terminals are suited for residential and light commercial electrical work, HVAC low-voltage wiring, control panel assembly, and general wire harnessing. The crimp connection method provides a secure, vibration-resistant termination without soldering. The yellow color coding indicates compatibility with 12 to 10 AWG wire per standard industry color conventions, helping electricians and technicians sort terminals efficiently on the bench or in the field. Sold as a 50-piece pack with a minimum order quantity of 50.
Designed for use with 12 to 10 AWG (4.00 to 6.00 sq mm) copper conductors and 1/4-inch (6.40 mm) mounting studs, consistent with standard ring terminal lug applications in electrical panels and control wiring.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician or trained technician in accordance with NEC requirements. De-energize the circuit completely before terminating or inspecting any ring terminal connections. Use a calibrated crimping tool rated for the terminal barrel size to ensure a gas-tight crimp joint. Do not use pliers or uncalibrated tools as substitutes for a proper ratcheting crimp tool, as improper crimps can result in high-resistance joints or terminal pullout.
