The VALUE COLLECTION RNB14-8 is a non-insulated circular ring terminal designed for crimp connections on 6 AWG copper wire. Used in electrical panel work, control wiring, and equipment grounding applications, this terminal provides a secure mechanical and electrical connection to a 5/16 inch stud. The copper contact construction ensures solid conductivity, and the uninsulated design is suited for installations where the terminal will be covered by a lug or landing that provides its own protection. Electricians and installers working in HVAC control panels, motor wiring, and industrial equipment will find this terminal sized and rated for everyday service work.
This ring terminal is intended for use in low-voltage and line-voltage wiring applications where a 6 AWG conductor must be terminated at a threaded stud or binding post. The crimp connection type requires a proper ratcheting or indent-style crimping tool to achieve a reliable termination. Applications include equipment grounding, panel bonding, motor lead terminations, and control circuit wiring in both residential and light commercial settings. Terminals of this type are sold in minimum order quantities of 25 units.
Designed as a standard crimp-style ring terminal for 6 AWG conductors terminating at 5/16 inch studs, suitable for use in electrical panels, grounding applications, and motor wiring installations where a non-insulated lug is appropriate.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with NEC requirements for terminal and conductor sizing. De-energize the circuit completely before terminating or removing any ring terminal. Use a calibrated ratcheting crimping tool rated for the wire gauge and terminal type to ensure a gas-tight, mechanically secure crimp. Do not re-crimp or reuse a terminal that has already been seated on a conductor.
