Manufactured from brass, this headless fastener threads into a tapped hole and locks shafts, collars, pulleys, and similar components in place by driving the cup-shaped point into the mating surface. The 3/8-16 UNC thread and 3/8-inch overall length make it suitable for medium-duty clamping applications where a compact profile is required. A 3/16-inch hex key drives the screw to full seating depth. Brass construction provides corrosion resistance and is non-magnetic, making it appropriate for applications where those properties are needed.
