The VALUE COLLECTION PG394X125D12619 is a cone-shaped diamond grinding pin designed for precision material removal on hard surfaces. The diamond abrasive construction with a concentration of 70 delivers consistent cutting action across a range of hard materials including carbide, ceramic, glass, and hardened steel. Rated at a fine grade with a grit of 120, this pin is suited for finishing passes and detail work where surface quality matters. At 4 inches in total length and 0.75 inches in head width, it fits standard rotary tool and die grinder chucks used in tool and die, maintenance, and fabrication environments.
This grinding pin is a practical choice for machinists, tool and die makers, and maintenance technicians working on hard material grinding, deburring, and contour finishing tasks. The cone head geometry makes it effective for grinding inside bores, chamfers, angled seats, and contoured surfaces that flat or cylindrical profiles cannot reach. It is sold individually and is appropriate for both shop and field use where a fine-grit diamond abrasive is required.
Designed for use with standard rotary tools and die grinders accepting a compatible shank diameter. Verify chuck capacity and shank size before installation.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or technician familiar with rotary abrasive tooling. Ensure the tool is fully powered off and the chuck is completely stopped before inserting or removing the grinding pin. Inspect the pin for cracks or damage before each use and do not exceed the maximum RPM rating of the host tool. Eye protection and appropriate PPE are required when operating abrasive rotary tools.
