The VALUE COLLECTION PC69GS-14 is a push-to-connect male swivel elbow tube fitting designed for pneumatic and fluid transfer lines in light industrial, HVAC, and plumbing applications. Constructed from polyoxymethylene (POM), this fitting accepts 5/32 inch OD tubing and connects to a 1/4 inch NPT male thread on the swivel end. The push-to-connect mechanism allows fast, tool-free tube insertion while the swivel elbow design provides rotational adjustment to reduce stress on connected tubing. Rated to 150 psi, this fitting suits compressed air lines, instrument tubing, and low-pressure fluid circuits.
This fitting is suited for residential and light commercial applications where small-bore tubing must transition to a threaded port at a 90-degree angle. Typical installations include condensate drain lines, pneumatic control circuits, instrumentation tubing runs, and compressed air distribution systems. The NPT thread type ensures compatibility with standard North American threaded ports. The swivel body allows the installer to orient the tube exit direction after the fitting is threaded into place, simplifying routing in tight spaces.
Designed as a standard push-to-connect replacement or new-installation fitting for systems using 5/32 inch OD tubing with 1/4 inch NPT threaded ports in pneumatic, instrumentation, or light fluid transfer applications.
This fitting is typically installed by plumbers, HVAC technicians, or instrumentation mechanics working on low-pressure air or fluid lines. Depressurize and drain the system completely before removing or installing any fittings. Thread the NPT male end into the port by hand first, then tighten with an appropriate wrench, applying thread sealant tape per standard practice. Insert tubing fully into the push-to-connect end until it seats; to remove, depress the collet release ring and pull the tube straight out.
