The VALUE COLLECTION NFC4105 is a hammer drive concrete anchor designed for fast, tool-minimal fastening into concrete, block, and masonry substrates. The anchor body is made from Zamac alloy and finished with a zinc-plated coating to resist corrosion in interior and light-duty exterior applications. At 0.25 inches in diameter and 2 inches overall length, this anchor accepts a 0.25-inch drill bit for hole preparation. The mushroom head profile seats flush and provides a broad bearing surface once the anchor is driven. Installation requires no special setting tool beyond a hammer, making this a practical choice for electricians, plumbers, and HVAC techs securing conduit straps, pipe hangers, or equipment mounting brackets to concrete or block walls.
This anchor is suited for residential and light commercial applications where a fast, permanent fastener is needed in concrete or masonry. Typical scenarios include securing junction box brackets, conduit straps, duct support clips, and light fixture bases directly to poured concrete or CMU block surfaces. The 0.25-inch diameter and 2-inch length make it appropriate for medium-duty holding loads in standard concrete.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and general-use hammer drive anchor for 0.25-inch diameter masonry anchor applications in concrete, block, and similar hard substrates.
Installation is performed by drilling a 0.25-inch diameter hole to the required depth with a carbide-tipped masonry bit, clearing the hole of dust and debris, inserting the anchor, and driving the nail with a hammer until the head seats. Ensure the base material is sound and free of voids before anchoring. Follow applicable building codes and load ratings for the specific application. Minimum edge and spacing distances for masonry anchors should be observed per project specifications.
