The VALUE COLLECTION NFC2311R is a hammer drive concrete anchor designed for fast, tool-simple fastening into concrete, block, and masonry substrates. The anchor features a nylon body with a zinc-plated finish and a round head profile. At 3/16 inches in diameter with a 1-1/2 inch overall length, it requires a 3/16 inch drill bit for the pilot hole and a minimum embedment depth of 2-3/8 inches for proper holding strength. Installation is straightforward: drill the hole, insert the anchor, and drive it flush with a hammer. This type of anchor is commonly installed by electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general contractors securing conduit, pipe hangers, strut, or equipment supports to concrete surfaces.
This hammer drive anchor is suited for light-duty to medium-duty fastening applications in poured concrete, concrete block, and similar masonry bases. It is commonly used in residential and light commercial construction and mechanical installations where a flush-mount, low-profile fastener is needed. The nylon body construction makes it appropriate for applications where corrosion resistance or electrical isolation from the base material is a consideration.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard-use hammer drive anchor for concrete and masonry fastening applications requiring a 3/16 inch diameter anchor with a round head profile.
Installation is performed by drilling a 3/16 inch pilot hole to the required depth in the concrete or masonry substrate, clearing debris from the hole, inserting the anchor, and driving it with a hammer until seated. Verify minimum embedment depth of 2-3/8 inches is achieved before applying load. Follow applicable building codes and base material manufacturer guidelines for spacing and edge distance requirements when using concrete anchors in structural or mechanical support applications.
