The VALUE COLLECTION MSFXX10075-025BX is a metric flat head slotted machine screw manufactured from Grade 316 A4 stainless steel with a bright, uncoated finish. This screw follows the DIN 963 fastener standard and features an M10x1.5 thread size with an overall length of 75 millimeters. The flat head profile allows the fastener to sit flush with or below the mating surface when driven into a countersunk hole. Grade 316 A4 stainless steel provides strong resistance to corrosion and is well suited for environments exposed to moisture, chemicals, or marine conditions. Maintenance technicians, millwrights, and mechanical contractors install this type of fastener across a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.
This machine screw is used wherever a flush-mount, slotted-drive metric fastener is required. The DIN 963 standard is common in European-spec equipment as well as general industrial assemblies worldwide. The M10x1.5 thread and 75-millimeter length make it appropriate for medium-duty structural and mechanical connections in panels, enclosures, brackets, and equipment housings. The Grade 316 A4 rating makes it a preferred choice in food processing, marine, chemical handling, and outdoor installations where standard stainless grades may not provide adequate corrosion resistance.
Designed as a DIN 963-standard metric machine screw for use in M10x1.5 tapped holes or with corresponding metric nuts and hardware in industrial, commercial, and marine assemblies.
Installation should be performed by qualified mechanical or maintenance technicians familiar with metric fastener torque requirements for the application. Ensure the receiving hole is properly countersunk to the correct angle before driving the flat head screw flush. Use a correctly sized flat-blade screwdriver or bit to avoid cam-out and head damage. When installing stainless steel fasteners, apply anti-seize compound to the threads to prevent galling during torque-down.
