The VALUE COLLECTION MSC-62148010 is a Class 150 malleable iron pipe bushing designed to reduce a 1/4-inch female threaded port down to a 1/8-inch male threaded connection. Finished with a galvanized coating for corrosion resistance, this bushing is rated for 300 psi on liquid and gas service and 150 psi on steam applications. Plumbers, pipefitters, and HVAC technicians use this type of fitting to adapt pipe and equipment ports where thread sizes differ. Installation Notes
