The VALUE COLLECTION LSVY2-4 is a locking fork terminal designed for secure, vibration-resistant wire termination in electrical panels, control systems, and low-voltage wiring applications. Built with a copper contact and blue vinyl partial insulation, it accepts wire sizes from 1.50 to 2.50 square millimeters and is rated for 600 volts. The locking fork design prevents accidental disconnection from the stud, making it a reliable choice for installations where terminal retention is critical. Electricians and panel technicians use this terminal where standard spade connectors may not provide adequate retention.
This terminal is suited for residential and light commercial electrical work, including control panel wiring, instrumentation connections, and equipment grounding circuits. The No. 8 stud size fits a wide range of terminal blocks and equipment mounting points. The partial insulation design allows tool access to the barrel crimp area while still providing sleeve protection over the conductor. It is commonly specified when wiring must meet UL and cUL Listed standards along with RoHS compliance requirements.

Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable NEC requirements. De-energize and lock out the circuit before terminating or removing any conductors. Use a calibrated ratchet crimping tool sized for the wire gauge and terminal barrel to ensure a gas-tight crimp. Do not over-insert the conductor beyond the barrel stop, and inspect the insulation sleeve for damage after crimping.
