The VALUE COLLECTION LSNY2-3.7 is a partially insulated locking fork terminal designed for reliable crimp connections in electrical wiring applications. Constructed with a copper contact body finished in a TiN (titanium nitride) plating and a blue nylon partial insulation sleeve, this terminal accommodates wire sizes from 1.5 to 2.5 square millimeters and is rated for up to 600 volts. The locking fork design holds the terminal securely on a No. 6 stud (3.70 mm), reducing the risk of accidental disconnection during vibration or service. Electricians and panel technicians use this terminal type for terminating control wiring, instrumentation leads, and branch circuit conductors to stud-type terminals and bus bars.
This locking fork terminal is suited for residential and light commercial electrical installations, control panels, HVAC equipment wiring, and industrial enclosure work where a secure, re-positionable stud connection is required. The partial insulation sleeve provides protection at the barrel end while leaving the fork open for clean stud engagement. Each package contains 100 terminals, making this item appropriate for shop stock, service van inventory, or panel assembly work where consistent terminal type and color-coding are important.
Designed for use with copper conductors in the 1.5 to 2.5 square millimeter wire gauge range and No. 6 stud-type terminal points. Suitable as a standard locking fork terminal replacement in control panels, HVAC equipment, and general electrical enclosures requiring a 600-volt rated crimp terminal.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable NEC requirements. De-energize all circuits and verify absence of voltage before terminating or removing any wiring. Use a calibrated ratchet crimp tool rated for the terminal barrel size to ensure a gas-tight crimp; do not use uncalibrated pliers or open-jaw tools. Confirm stud torque requirements from the equipment manufacturer before seating the fork terminal.
